DO I NEED TO PROVIDE ANYTHING WHEN USING YOUR CLEANING SERVICES ?

Often asked and the simple answer is no. If you are using us for a regular weekly or fortnightly clean your team bring a full selection of cleaning equipment and products in the car with them to every home that they visit. Professional carpet cleaning is carried out using specialist hot water extraction equipment and a selection of stain removers and tools are part of the package that lead to the best possible results. Likewise with Oven Cleaning and all of the deep cleaning services that we offer.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT ?

Regular Weekly and Fortnightly cleans are paid for via a standing order going out on the day of the clean. We usually take payment for deep cleaning services like End of Tenancy Cleans, Spring Cleans, Carpet and Oven Cleaning by bank transfer.

ARE YOUR CLEANING STAFF TRUSTED FULL TIME EMPLOYEES ?

We are incredibly careful who we employ at First Choice Cleaners. Everyone who we send to your home is carefully checked and referenced. Being a small local company the majority of staff are full time and long term employees. Beyond that we strive to be a responsible and good employer and hope that is reflected in the service that our valued employees offer all who use us for their cleaning needs.

If you are using one of our teams for regular domestic cleaning visits and are home whilst the team arrive then they are also very happy to talk over any specific needs on a given week and take pride in being friendly and helpful.
